DIRECT BANK TRANSFERS, MONEY ORDERS AND CHEQUES DEPOSITED IN FAVOR OF OUR ACCOUNT WILL BE ACCEPTED. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS THROUGH THE JAZZCASH OPTION WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING CASH ON DELIVERY AT THE MOMENT.

When will my products be delivered

THE DELIVERY TIMES WILL BE MENTIONED ON EACH PRODUCT’S INDIVIDUAL PAGE. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS AND THE SYSTEMS, THEY HAVE DIFFERENT DELIVERY TIMES. STANDARD APPLIANCES ARE AVAILABLE BASED ON DELIVERY TIMES MENTIONED. HOWEVER ANY BULK ORDERS AND CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS MAY HAVE A WIDER RANGE OF DELIVERY TIMES. FOR SUCH GOODS YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AT THE TIME OF ORDER PLACEMENT.

What is considered as order confirmation

ORDER IS CONFIRMED UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT AND WHEN THE PRODUCTS ARE BEING SHIPPED.

SINCE DVM IS MERELY A MARKETPLACE CONNECTING THE BUYER & SELLER, THERE MAY BE INSTANCES WHERE THE PRODUCT IN CONSIDERATION BECOMES OUT OF STOCK (AFTER ORDER PLACEMENT). DVM WILL CONFIRM AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT BEFORE ACCEPTING ANY PAYMENTS AND WILL DO ITS BEST TO FULFILL THE ORDER WITHIN THE STIPULATED TIME. IN CASE OF MATTERS BEYOND DVM’S CONTROL AND UNAVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY AND ALL (IF ANY) PAYMENTS SHALL BE FULLY REFUNDED.
